Ole Iversen Johnstad Kalvø assists Norwegian and international clients in civil law litigation and has extensive experience in complex disputes originating from commercial contractual relationships.
Ole assists in all phases of disputes. From early risk assessments, during negotiations, and in court. He has extensive experience with out-of-court securing evidence for use in subsequent lawsuits. Ole has prosecuted several high-profile cases concerning, among other things, disloyal start-up of competing businesses, information theft and contract law issues.
Ole also assists clients with business law advice within general contract law, compliance, company law and transactions (M&A). Ole assists a number of companies with practical implementation of the Transparency Act’s requirements for due diligence pursuant to the OECD Guidelines, including the preparation of company documents, guidelines and manuals.
