Monica Syrdal


Monica Syrdal works with intellectual property law, hereunder copyright, trademarks and marketing, media, broadcasting and technology as well as competition/antitrust law and general EU/EEA law. She provides advice in particular to companies in the media, telecom and technology sector. Syrdal has extensive experience with contract negotiations in these areas and has worked extensively with English-language contracts. In addition Monica Syrdal provides advice on regulatory issues in relation to mergers and general competition and EU/EEA law. She speaks both English and German and is ranked as an expert in intellectual property, TMT and competition antitrust.
