He regularly advises multinational companies and private equity firms on complex cross border transactions and venture capital on acquisition and early/growth-stage technology investments. His deals—whether buy side or sell side—frequently involve highly complex capital structures, intricate management incentives and talent retention issues. Thomas has broad experience from various sectors but has a special focus on technology and research-driven industries.
Christian specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital market transactions and company law. He has broad experience from various sectors and regularly advises on cross-border transactions.
Vegard has participated as a legal advisor in several larger capital market transactions in the Norwegian market, both on the issuer and the manager side. He also has experience from larger M&A transactions, finance transactions with debt capital, regulatory matters and corporate law and securities law advise.
