Sylvia Helene Lind

Senior Associate

Sylvia Lind works in our employment law and corporate governance practice area.

She assists national and international clients with a wide range of labor law and contract law issues encompassing legal advisement, compliance and litigation.

Sylvia has experience in advisement and dispute resolution related to business restructuring processes, including downsizing, restructuring of pension schemes, follow-up on sick leave, and routines for the use of leased and temporary labor. She also has experience with investigations in whistleblowing cases, drafting employment contracts, and issues related to collective bargaining agreements.

In her prior professional experience, Sylvia worked with IT contracts for both public and private enterprises. Additionally, she has experience from organizational work and has been a member of a public expert committee. This work has provided her with a good understanding of political processes.
