Nils Christian Langtvedt specializes in commercial litigation and serves as a defense counsel in economic criminal cases.

Nils Christian primarily assists with disputes arising from commercial contractual relationships and provides strategic advice at all stages of the dispute resolution process, including clarification of legal positions, negotiations, and as an experienced litigator in ordinary courts and arbitration. He represents companies in various industries, including trade and industry, finance, oil and gas, real estate, media, and IT.

Nils Christian has extensive experience as a legal advisor in corporate and contract law matters, as well as compliance. He has specialized expertise in information theft and evidence preservation.

Additionally, he has considerable experience within compliance and assists numerous companies on human rights due diligence, in accordance with the Norwegian Transparency Act (Åpenhetsloven), OECD Guidelines and the UN Guiding Principles.
