Nicolai Ignacius works with family, inheritance and probate law.  He assists clients with legal counseling and assignments within these practice areas, including child custody cases.

Nicolai provides legal assistance with the creation of marital agreements, cohabitation agreements, durable power of attorney’s, as well as wills and testaments. He also assists with the division of assets concerning separation or divorce and death.

Nicolai is specialized in private international law (conflict of laws), and has extensive experience with family and inheritance cases with ties to other countries.
