Senior Associate

Julie Flom is part of the transaction department with expertise in M&A (mergers and acquisitions), capital market transactions, as well as tax and corporate law. She has extensive experience advising on the ongoing administration of global corporate groups’ operations in Norway, including assistance in corporate governance and compliance services.

Furthermore, Julie has experience in capital markets from her previous role as a trustee, where she monitored issuers’ compliance with the terms of bond agreements. Julie also develops templates within corporate law for the Karnov supplement in Lovdata Pro.
