Juliane Roland Svendsen assists clients with advisory and litigation matters related to family and inheritance law. She has expertise in financial settlements between spouses and cohabitants, estate settlements, and parental disputes. This includes providing guidance on prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, enduring powers of attorney, and wills.

Juliane has a particular interest in children’s rights and wrote her master’s thesis on “Custody of Children: An Analysis of the Conditions for Imposing Custody on Children, Including the Courts’ Assessment and Consideration of the Best Interests of the Child in Custody Cases.”
