Associate

Awais is an associate in our real estate and construction practice area. Through his specialization within construction law, he assists both private and public sectors with advisory services, dispute resolution, and litigation.

Awais has professional experience as legal advisor at the Homeowners’ Association, where he provided advice on a breadth of property law matters. His previous professional experience also includes his time as an associate at DLA Piper law firms restructuring department, as well as several internships in Norway’s leading law firms.  His experience within the bankruptcy and restructuring provides him with the insight to  assist clients with insolvency-related legal issues. Awais wrote his master’s thesis on shareholder liability titled “Liability breakthrough – the relationship to section 17-1 of the Companies Act.”
