Aslak Førde has more than 10 years of experience as a lawyer, primarily focused on construction law and real estate matters.

Aslak specializes in dispute resolution and litigation, having represented clients in both district courts and appellate courts, as well as in land consolidation courts and arbitration proceedings. His cases have included final settlement disputes in large construction projects.

He assists both property owners and contractors in construction projects and possesses substantial industry knowledge. Aslak can provide ongoing support, advice, and dispute resolution services, having previously assisted numerous large and small contractors.

In addition to his expertise in contract and construction law, Aslak has particular competence in land acquisition, expropriation, and land appraisals, providing assistance to both developers and landowners.
