Heidi Romsaas

Heidi Romsaas is our Knowledge Manager and is a member of the firms Human Resources department. She has the responsibility for the digital and print resources for Hjort.

Heidi coordinates HjortSkolen, as well as the associate program and internal courses at Hjort.

She is a contributing member of various projects pertaining to the development of knowledge, organization and work processes. Heidi is also responsible for the personnel management of the legal assistants at Hjort.
