Henning Sato specializes in corporate law and tax law. He primarily works with transactions and assists national and international companies in contract negotiations, restructurings, acquisitions, and mergers, in addition to general corporate legal advice. Henning also has expertise in shareholder agreements and wrote his master’s thesis on “Contractual Consequences of Breach of Shareholder Agreements – With special focus on the enforcement of obligations in light of HR-2023-782-U.”
