Natasha Bekele Gilhespy

Natasha primarily works with consulting and dispute resolution within family law, inheritance law, and estate law. Previously, she has worked as a trainee and has experience in real estate, including as a settlement agent.

Natasha also has economic expertise, having earned a bachelor’s degree in economics in the USA and worked in banking. She was a mentor and student assistant during her economics studies and during her law studies. Furthermore, Natasha participated in the Nordic moot court competition in human rights during her studies, which addressed complex and current issues under the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).

Natasha also wrote her master’s thesis on human rights, where she explored the limits that freedom of speech in Section 100 of the Constitution and Article 10 of the ECHR set for police use of orders that restrict expressions before they are conveyed in demonstrations, to prevent disorder.
