Gunn Cecilie Ringdal offers expertise in planning and building law, real estate, and public administration.
With a robust background in local politics, including an eight-year tenure as Mayor of Lier municipality, she brings nearly two decades of political experience to her role. Her political career also includes serving on the municipal council, a term on the county council, and advising the party leader of Høyre (Conservative Party). From 2016 to 2022, she was a key member of Høyre’s Executive Committee.
Gunn Cecilie focuses on property development, handling issues such as ground leases, land consolidation, and neighbor disputes. She also represents clients in various legal proceedings, leveraging her extensive experience to navigate the complex interplay between law and politics, especially in property development contexts.
She is also skilled in media management, crisis leadership, and public speaking, often serving as a moderator, meeting chair, and speaker at significant seminars. She advises clients on communication and media strategies, drawing on her experience in public administration and her understanding of the dynamics between politicians and administrative bodies.
Additionally, she facilitates processes in the Folkevalgtprogram (Elected Officials Program) for the Association of Local and Regional Authorities in Norway (KS) and serves on the Broadcasting Council at NRK (Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation). Gunn Cecilie is also a board member of Agaia AS and a former leader of Markarådet, an organization related to the Markaloven (Marka Act).
