Urmaker Bjerke AS is set to open Europes largest luxury watch boutique in the center of Oslo
Partner Sigve Braaten assisted Urmaker Bjerke AS in negotiations with Promenaden Management for a new lease agreement at a central location in the heart of Oslo. The location will serve not only as a boutique, but also as the main offices for the business. This will be Europe’s largest luxury watch boutique. The new store will be located centrally at Egertorget in the middle of the famous Karl Johan gate. The anticipated opening of the store is early 2024.
