Vegard André Fiskerstrand has extensive experience providing transaction-related, securities, and corporate legal assistance to clients in Norway and abroad. He primarily works with capital market transactions, both on the issuer and underwriter sides. He also has significant experience in corporate and financial regulatory advisory work, as well as M&A transactions.

Vegard holds both a Master of Laws degree from the University of Oslo and a Master’s degree in Financial Economics (Business Economics) from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). He leverages this combined knowledge of economics and business law to assist national and international clients who require legal advice that demands specific expertise and understanding of capital markets, stock exchanges, and securities.
