Managing Associate
Celine Krogh Fornes is an experienced litigator within the field of enterprise penalties. Her experience in legal advisement includes both civil and criminal cases.
Celine has extensive litigation experience as defense counsel from several major criminal cases, including the “Baneheia case”, as well as numerous financial crime cases. She also has significant experience as a lawyer for private individuals in cases involving compensation for negligent investment advice.
Celine has prior professional experience with merges and acquisitions and litigation within the business law area, including disputes related to board responsibility and shareholder conflicts.
She is accustomed to handling large and demanding cases and has substantial experience managing cases under significant media pressure.
Celine also has experience as a lecturer and  has held presentations on corporate penalties and negligent investment advice. She also undertakes assignments as an examiner at the University of Bergen.
Her professional experience also includes volunteer work at the legal aid clinic, Gatejuristen, as well as Save the Children – Norway.
